Thank you for subscribing to or purchasing products or services from Gossip Chronicle. We value your satisfaction and have established this Refund Policy to explain our refund procedures for different types of purchases. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Digital Subscriptions

1.1 Premium Content Subscription

Gossip Chronicle offers premium subscription services that provide access to exclusive content, early articles, and special features.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our premium content within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

Refund Process: To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your account information and reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions: No refunds will be provided for:

1.2 Newsletter Subscription

Our free newsletter subscription can be canceled at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email or by contacting our support team.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Downloadable Content

We may offer downloadable content such as e-books, special reports, or exclusive interviews.

Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue.

3. Merchandise

In the event that Gossip Chronicle offers physical merchandise:

Refund Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return
  2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

4. Event Tickets

For any Gossip Chronicle sponsored events:

Cancellation by Customer:

Less than 15 days No refund (ticket transfer allowed)

Cancellation by Gossip Chronicle: If we cancel an event, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

Ticket Transfer: If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Advertising Services

For businesses that purchase advertising space or sponsored content on Gossip Chronicle:

Cancellation Before Publication: Advertisers may cancel an order before the ad is published or the sponsored content is posted and receive a full refund.

Cancellation After Publication: Once an advertisement has been published or sponsored content has been posted, refunds are not available.

Advertising Performance: Refunds are not provided based on the performance of advertisements (such as click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).

Exceptions: If we fail to publish an advertisement as specified in the advertising agreement, we will offer either a refund or additional advertising space/time of equivalent value.

6. Payment Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

7. Disputed Charges

If you see a charge from Gossip Chronicle that you believe is an error:

  1. Please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider
  2. Provide details of the transaction including date, amount, and nature of the dispute
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

If we determine the charge was unauthorized or in error, we will issue a refund immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
